Erosion and Sediment Control Workshops for Construction Site Contractors and Operators

                             What You Will Learn
                                       Get to know why you should be concerned about stormwater. 
                                       Learn about the DEC Stormwater Construction permit and the requirements of Stormwater Pollution
                                       Prevention Plans.  Gain valuable knowledge on erosion and sediment control
                                       Practices and how to perform construction site inspections.  Upon completion of the 
                                       course, each participant will receive a NYS DEC Stormwater Training Number on a  
                                       wallet card good for 3 years.

                                                     • Highway Departments •   Planning and Municipal Boards • Code Enforcement Officers

                            With this presentation the NYSDOS is allowing four (4) Professional Development Elective
                                                    (PDE) hours for municipal officials who attend this training.
                                Contact the NYSDOS for additional information on tracking/reporting your PDE's.

                                  

                    This training does not allow contractors to conduct their own Qualified Weekly Inspections.
